What's the difference between the scenarios?
First Reminder is a gentle nudge for a soon-due invoice. 7 Days Late is a polite follow-up. 30 Days Late is more direct. Final Notice is firm and sets clear expectations about next steps.
Do I need an email client to use the .eml file?
The .eml download is compatible with most email clients (Thunderbird, Apple Mail, Outlook). You can also copy the text directly and paste it into Gmail, Outlook.com, or any webmail.
